In 3 months and 29 days, I will be frolicking buoyantly through ancient ruins in the deliciously warm Mediterranean air of Greece with a long-time dear friend. This is a trip that I've been wanting to take for a few years now, and finally I have bookmarked a page for this undoubtedly real and now very tangible trip
My husband has been so wonderful and supportive of my upcoming escapade. He's traveled through Europe more than once and is happy to see me go solo for the first time.
This is a big year for me. A big, bold and beautiful phase in life that I've been anxious to witness.
I will be graduating as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher from a lovely Yoga Teacher Training program in Laramie, Wyoming. Then my trip to Greece is only three day later. What better than this sweet reward?
We don't always have control over what becomes etched into the stone of our life, but we do often (perhaps more than we realize) have a knife and blank slate in hand. It takes courage, time and love to shift gears and make decisions that can bring us into a whole new perspective. The power to transform our lives comes from a truth that has nestled deep within us, like the tiniest grains of gold tucked below the silt of a riverbed.
Hello, I'm Julie.
One of the many things yoga taught me was empowerment...and I hope to share that with you here.
Bring wisdom, nourishment and a deeper connection to all aspects of your life.
