We live in a world with information coming out of our ears. There is an infinite amount of health tips, life hacks and diet tricks out there right now. We often think large amounts of information can create clarity, but it's not true. Too much information leads to confusion and a baffled lack of clarity. Have you ever heard the phrase, "the more you learn, the more you realize you don't know."?
I've dabbled in the realm of yo-yo diets, weight-loss, weight-gain, exersicing consistently to being a couch-potato. What works? What will make me healthy and keep me there for the rest of my life?
I have the answers, or perhaps we should call them "fundamental guidelines". Answers don't solve problems unless the answer is directly applied to the situation. These answers are only guidelines until you choose to use them!

We work, we take care of our families (or help other important people in our lives), we take care of our pets, we cook, we clean, we run errands, we sleep, and then usually we get up and do it all over again.
This is the type of schedule many of us have, on a day-to-day basis. We are working hard and getting a lot done, but there is a very important peices missing. The missing piece usually gets unnoticed for a long time before it screams for attention. That part is, taking care of ourself! Mind. Body & Soul. We cannot give full love or devotion to others without first having it within.
There are so many great bits of wonderfulness in here! I have no other words.
