Ah, the virtue of humble patience and wisdom. Something we should all stay conscious of and practice.
Another little "happy moment" for me within my personal yoga practice. I've been working on crow pose off-and-on for about two years and finally have had some success getting in flight!
I think the key to success for me in this pose was working through headstand and handstand poses, which helped to increase my shoulder and upper-body strength. Another important piece to this was lifting through the core and squeezing the legs tightly together. And of course there is the dreaded leaning forward part!
