Breakfast is often the most difficult meal of the day for me. I'm a morning person but it's really hard to find the time to cook an early meal before the start of my 7am work day. I usually grab a bar or oatmeal packet and run out the door. Rarely do I make something as lovely as eggs and greens. My weekly green juice does come in handy though as I'm headed out the door.
Eating a good breakfast is so important, and many of us skip it, or don't give it much attention. Eating protein and vegetables in the morning can be even more effective than coffee! The proof is in the green juice I try to swig each morning. It offers a great boost.
Pay attention to the way you nourish yourself early in the day. Give it a little more thought and a little more planning the night before. It could make all the difference for the day ahead.
