It's finally here. I've been waiting all year for this.
It's my favorite time of year. I may be a little bias, because October is my birth month.
And truthfully, I've always held a curiosity for my affinity of such a dismal time.
There is something mystical about the transition that defines Autumn.
The somber energy seems to stir up the silt that has settled deep within.
And notice, when you kick up the silt, it is rich and glittery.
October is when I feel most myself...

Not only is yoga a path to connect body and mind,
but it also allows us to stoke our connection with nature.
