Any time I think about comfort food, bread is the first thing that comes to mind. It's warm, soft, delightful and humbling. There's so much you can do with bread, too! Cheese bread, garlic bread, wheat bread, sourdough bread, pumpkin, herbs, tomato bread...the list goes on!
This is one of my favorite winter-season loafs, and something I always make for the holidays.
